She Chooses to Be Here Now

I'm doing much contemplating right now.  Turning 50 in May has made me look critically at many of my choices and She Chooses is helping me to do that as well.  I am WORKING OUT 6 days a week and feel soreness almost every day.  Although my body is not yet acclimated to the physical soreness, I know that its absence means that I am not progressing.  I'm also fully aware that the choices that I make now in middle age will go a long way to dictate what kind of life I will lead in old age.

I've also come to the realization that I need to have some emotional and spiritual soreness as well in order to live my best life.

Soreness - it's much better than stagnation or deterioration!
